Damaged or Faulty Items
We take a lot of care when packaging up your items, but sometimes couriers don't take the same care with packages. If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch via the email below. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The courier will then uplift it for inspection.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your item is faulty or arrives damaged, please get in touch via the email below.
We will be happy to sort a replacement or refund. However, shipping costs are not able to be refunded.
Purchases are final so please choose carefully and read the listing information.
We have tried to keep our shipping costs as affordable as possible, offering a flat rate of $10, New Zealand wide (rural addresses - $14, PO Box - $18)
When your order is picked up, you will receive a tracking link from Post Haste. Please contact you local depot for enquires if you have any questions on the whereabouts of your package.
If you select the incorrect shipping option for your shipping location, your order will not be shipped.
